THE EFFECTS LEADERSHIP HAS ON AN ORGANIZATION

FRONT LINE LEADERSHIP (FLL)
A introductory leadership training program for Front Line Leaders. A hands-on supervisory development program that instills the qualities and the attributes that make a successful front-line leader. Train your Supervisors to “lead - not just manage” and watch your organization reach higher levels of achievement.

ADVANCED LEADERSHIP SKILLS (ALS)
A management training program designed to reinforce and apply previously taught leadership principals for Front Line Leaders. Advanced Leadership Skills is a practical, hands-on program that enables the front line leader to not only apply existing knowledge and skills and learn new skills but to achieve higher productivity, ensure clearer communications, resolve conflicts effectively, build and retain strong teams, and to understand and lead change.

RESULTS CENTERED LEADERSHIP (RCL)
A senior management leadership development program. Results Centered Leadership fosters an environment where mutual decisions let individuals within the organization thrive, be accountable and take responsibility for their actions and the results they attain. An environment where the right leadership traits and personal skills are not just learned by a few, they can be transferred to many, and predictably, working smarter together results in greater success.

Vanguard Plastics Ltd has been using the Prevue Assessment and the services of Mr. Dan Monteiro and Catalyst Training since 2001.

The software was initially purchased to assist in the hiring of managers and supervisors within the company. We later expanded it to all administrative staff. It is now a company wide policy that all personnel within both companies must complete the Prevue testing before coming to work for Vanguard Plastics or Premo Plastics.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of hiring the right individuals for our organizations. My organization has worked with Catalyst Training for the last 5 years and over that time we have enrolled upwards of 20 supervisors through their Front-Line Leadership Program. We used both the in-house and external enrollment options to get our supervisors through the 2 to 4 day formats and the feedback from our people has been very positive.

Our supervisors especially liked the format of gaining some insights in the class setting then having the opportunity to utilize those techniques back at work before returning to the next session. We are very pleased with how the program has benefited our people and so have decided to use it as a core program for all our new and upcoming supervisors.
